For my brother's birthday demand, Today I'm going to post Meetha kanika..

 Ingredients:
 2 cups  basumati rice
2-2  laung(cloves)
1 big Tejpatta(bay leave)
MeethaKanika
1 big dalchini(cinamon)
2 black /white(cardamon)
5-6 kaju 
5-6 kishmis
Dalda ghee 2 tbsp
1 tbsp good smelled cow ghee
1tsp turmeric powder
pinch of salt
6-7 big tbsp sugar
4 cups water

Process:

Place cooker in gas stove.Add dalda ghee.And add bay leave,cloves,cardamon and cinamon.When it splutter and a sweet smell come out,add washed rice(all water should be out from rice),pinch of salt,turmeric powder.Then stir everything evenly.Stir for 5-8 min..Rice should be fried with ghee well.Then add kaju and kishmish and sugar.Again stir well.Add water.Stir evenly.Then cover the lid.And wait for 1 whistle to come with high flame.Then sim the gas and wait for another 5 min.Close the gas.MeethaKanika is ready..
