Crispy American corn
Ingredients:
American Corn 1 cup
Besan 2 tbsp
Cornflour 2 tbsp
soya sauce1tsp.
Ajinomoto 1 tsp.
salt 1tsp
Grated garlic 1 tsp
spring onion/onion chopped
corriander leaves
Oil for frying
Process:
Mixed all ingredients except oil to American corn.Then Deep fry corn and serve hot.after frying,add little oil in a pan. fry onion/spring onion.Add garlic,soya sauce and ajinomotto.
Add fried corn to the pan.Stir gently and close gas.Serve Hot.
