Banana flower curry

Ingredients

2 cup Banana flower
(discard the stick and  small transparent petal)
2 medium sized boiled potatos
1 big onion,
1 big tomato,
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste,
1 tsp cumin seed powder
1 tsp corriander seed powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp chilly powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp Oil to cook

Process

It is very important to choose the Banana flower.Always avoid red color banana flower. It taste bitter.
After discarding thick stick and white small petal from flower,boil banana fower in pressurcooker.After 1 whistle. remove from gas. When it cool, discard all water by pressing boiled banana flower.
Add oil in  a pan. Add chopped onion to fry. Then add ginger-garlic paste and fry properly. Add tomato and all powers.And continuously stir masala.Lastly add boiled and chopped banana flower small cube sized oiled potato and again stir, and mix evenly.add salt and mix. Then cover the lid. and leave to cook for 10 min. in low flame. But do not forget to stir time to time. after 10 min, banana flower curry is ready to serve.
