Bananaflower cutlet
Ingredients
2 cup Banana flower
(discard the stick and small transparent petal)
2 medium sized boiled potatos
1 tbsp cornflour
1 tbsp gram flour
salt to taste
1-2chopped green chillies
1 big chopped onion
1 bunch corriander leaves
Oil for frying

It is very important to choose the Banana flower.Always avoid red color banana flower. It taste bitter.
After discarding thick stick and white small petal from flower , add everything in a big bowl. And smashed evenly. Then make it oval cutlet shape and shallow fry in nonstick pan to avoid more oil. Otherwise you can deep fry in kadai.
