Chinese vegetable Fried rice
ingredients2 cup basmati rice
2 cup long thin cut vegetables of cabbage, carrot, french beans
1 tspcrushed gralic
2 tbsp chopped spring onion
1 tsp vinegar,
1 tsp soya sauce,
salt to taste,
chilly sauce
1 tsp black pepper.
1 tbsp oil
Cook the rice.(Drained rice water fully,so that it'll not sticky)
In big pan. add oil.add crushed garlic and spring onion.Then add all vegetables and fry for 2-3 min.
Add sauces, salt, black pepper and vinegar, mix well. Finally add cooked rice to it. And mix well in low flame gas.Chenese Vegetable fried rice ready to serve.
