Veg. Momo with chilly Salsa

Ingredients For Momo
2 cups maida
Lil' bit oil,n salt for soft dough
For stuffing
1/4 cabbage,
1 carrot,
1 capsicum,
4-5 beans
1 small onion,
3-4 cloves garlic
lil 'ginger
white pepper
salt to taste
soya sauce
Method
Make soft dough with maida,oil n salt.
Finely chopped above vegetables n separately chopped onion,garlic n ginger
In a pan take 1 tea spoon oil and add chopped onion, garlic n ginger.Do not over fry.Add all chopped vegetables along with soya sauce,pepper,salt.in low flame just fry. and switch off gas.Stuffing ready.
Make small puri with the maida dough.
and cut into half.Fill stuffing .make samosa shape.
In a kadai,Add 1 liter water n llil' oil.
when water start to boil,add ur momo .
within 1-2 minutes remove from kadai and serve hot with Chilly salsa
Ohhhhhh
I forgot about chilly salsa,....
Take two big tomato(boil for 2-3 min)
Add 1/2 tsp vinegar,2 red chilies,and 2 cloves of garlic and grind.
Ur Chilly salsa ready for hot Momos
