Take 10- 12 Okra(bhindi)
Besan 3 tbsp.
Jeera(cumin) powder
Dhania(Corriander) powder.
Chilly powder

Salt to taste
Pinch of Hing( asfoiteda)

Now mix every thing in a bowl. But don't add water.Cut okra from middle. Make out  seeds of okra.Now put besan stuffing inside Okra.
Add oil in hot frying pan . And fry the Okra in low flame. When Okra turn Brown, then garnish with corriander leaves.
