Makkai roti n Sarson d's saag

Sarson, Bathua n palak each 2 bunch. Pressure cook for 5 min with chopped ginger garlic n 1 green chilly coz Sarson saag itself spicy.Then make a paste. In a pan add  butter ,cumin seeds, hing and 1 chopped onion and fry till Brown. Add the paste into the pan
 Add 1 tbsp makkai atta and stir evenly.when switch off has add 1 tbsp Desi ghee or butter n serve witch Makkai roti
