Besan(Gram flour) aloo (potato)Curry

Besan- 2cups
2-3 potatoes (Cut in cubes)      
Onion Paste
Ginger Garlic Paste
Haldi powder 1 tsp
Red Chilli powder 2 tsp
1/2 tsp sugar
Mustard oil
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1tsp
1 Tomato chopped
Kasuri methi 1tsp
Salt as per taste
Water
Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp

  1. Fist take a bowl. Then take Besan and add some salt and water in to it and stir it to make it semiliquid.
  2. Then heat kadai. Take 1 tsp oil in kadai. Then add some 1/2 tsp onion paste, 1/2 tsp of ginger garlic paste, 1/4 tsp of haldi powder, 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp of jeera and dhania powder and salt. Then fry it for 5 mins. Then add some 1tsp of kasoori methi. Then mix this besan in to it and stir it continuously till u get a thick dough.Then place the dough in a thali.Flatten the dough and leave it for 3-4 mins. Then cut it in square pieces.
  3.  After that Heat some  oil in a kadai for frying those besans.Fry the besan  pieces till color changes to golden brown and keep it aside. Then fry the potatoes till golden color & keep it aside.
  4.  Then take 3tsp oil in kadai, then put 1/2tsp of sugar in it. When sugar turns brown colour add onion paste & fry it. when it will turn to golden brown then add the ginger garlic paste. Then add tomato and fry for few minutes. Then add 1-1 tsp of Cumin & coriander powder.stir continuously.Then add chilli powder, haldi powder Keep on frying the masala until a reddish brown color is obtained.
  5. Then put the potatos in masala, and fry it for 5 minutes. Add some water if required. Then after 5 mins add water as per required & leave for  10 to 15 mins on medium flate. After that add the fried besans and cook it for 2-3 min only.Otherwise it may break.
  6. Then add Add tGaram masala powder & mix it well & remove it from flame.
