Raw banana - 2 nos.
Potato - 2 nos.
Brinjal - 2 small nos.
Yam - 1/2 cup
Bodi - 8 nos (fried and crushed)
For Masala - Jeera - 1 Tbsp
Tej Pata - 2 nos.
Red mirchi - 2 nos. (roast this dry pan and powdered)
For tempering:
Ghee- 2 Tbsp
Panch fodan - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Sugar - 1 Tsp
Turmeric powder – ½ teaspoon
Bori - Dried Lentil dumplings - 1/2 cup
Directions:
Boil two cups water with little Salt and Turmeric. Then add all the vegetables and cook till it is cooked.
Once the vegetables are cooked, take another pan and heat the ghee , add fodan, When starts sputtering pour the boiled vegetables along with crushed Bori.
Stir it properly. Sprinkle 1 tbs of sabzi masala powder, sugar and salt to taste. Cook the same for 2 minutes on low flame.
Garnish with1 tsp of ghee and serve hot with steamed rice.
