Pumpkin Halwa

1/2 kg pumpkin
200 gm sugar
Pinch of salt
1/2 Lt. Milk
2 spoon deshi ghee or butter
Dry fruits, kismish and cherry according to your wish
Method: peel and clean pumpkin.
Grate it evenly
Take a non stick kadai
Add deshi ghee and add 2-3 cardamon, cloves and Bay leaves. When start to spluttering, add grated pumpkin and stir. High the flame to dry the water from pumpkin. Now add milk and stir first. Leave for 2-3 min. And again stir. And cover with a lid. Let it become dry but stir time to time. The process continue for 10 min.Now the raw smell of pumpkin gone. You can add milkmaid and dry fruits and stir lightly before serving.
