Mint Chilly Garlic stuffed Pomfret Fry

Ingredients:

4 medium size Pomfret fishes
1tsp ginger garlic paste,
  Ur choice of chilly powder,
 Turmeric powder,
salt
paste of 1 green chilly,3 cloves of garlic and 1 small bunch of Mint leaves
Mustard oil for fry

Process :

Clean Pomfret fishes,
With help an knife,  lightly cut 3 lines both sides of  fish,so that marination will be done properly.
Sprinkle salt and turmeric powder.In ginger garlic paste, add, chilly powder.Mix well and marinade well the fish. Do properly in the cut area. keep marinade fishes in refrigerator for an hour. Then put mint paste through the hole near head of the fish. push more mint paste as much as possible.Now fish is read for frying. Before frying, sprinkle little corn flour. Start frying. For health issue , I sallow fry the fish till it become golden brown. Now fish is ready to serve
