Mini prawn cutlet

As  Cuttack girl u  must know about bhusi or bila chingari. After cleaning. Fry in mustard oil.Then in small jar of grinder, mini prawn, 4-5 cloves of garlic,2 green chilly,and make rough paste. On that add 2 boiled potato, besan for binding,chopped  onion,pinch of crushed black pepper,and salt then thoroughly  mixed with hand. And sallow fry the cutlet.
