Chhenar Bara (Paneer Chop)
Ingredients
1.1 Lt milk
2. 1 boiled Potato
3.1 tsp. besan,
4.1 big chopped onion,
5. 2 chopped green chilies
6.1 bunch chopped coriander leaves
7. Any curry powder( meat/chicken)
8.salt to taste
9. Bread crumbs for outer coat(opt)
For stuffing
Cheese
1 tsp.white pepper powder
oil for frying
Method
Make paneer or Chhena out of 1 liter milk., Mix all above things.
Then take the mixture and spread on your palm,and fill little grated cheese within and
close evenly. and make sure the cheese should not be out(otherwise it spread in oil while frying)
Now roll over the chop on bread crumbs and deep fry on hot oil.Serve with tomato sauce or salsa
